We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Nanci and Eric Freedberg in recently purchasing a new home and selling our existing home. We bought a house from across the country and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to travel to Tucson to see anything in person ahead of time. To say that Nanci and Eric were amazing would be an understatement. They truly were our eyes and ears throughout the process. Starting with our first phone call, they took the time to understand what we were looking for, and were endlessly patient as we combed through countless curated listings. And when we did find something we were interested in, they’d be there, often in a matter of hours, to give us a FaceTime walkthrough of the property. It had been many years since we sold a home and had lots of questions and concerns about the process. Especially of great interest was how the market for selling a home in the middle of the COVID pandemic might affect our sale. Nanci and Eric were clear and practical for explaining the marketing strategy and make several suggestions the were very helpful. Tucson Land & Home Realty did an amazing job getting my property sold QUICKLY. Eric and Nanci Freedberg knew exactly how to market it online and get my listing seen. My previous agent didn’t know how to use search engines to get traffic to my listing which was really frustrating given that everything today happens online, so I was really impressed with the online marketing plan Nanci quickly put together. This is their specialty and it worked to get eyeballs on my listing! Selling in this market isn’t easy but Eric & Nanci had countless tips on pricing, marketing, negotiating an offer and most importantly, getting the transaction closed. My property wasn’t easy to sell and required skillful negotiating, which Eric stepped in and did beautifully. He’s a pro and I appreciated how he went to bat for me with our buyer. My experience with other agents has been they can be all talk and little action. But Eric and Nanci showed me right from the first conversation, and all the way to closing that they really cared about me, they were top notch professionals and savvy about how to getting my property sold fast. We bought our rental property 5 years ago with Nanci Freedberg. When it came time to sell it we knew she was the best choice. Nanci is amazing! We are from Utah and did not know the Tucson area at all. With less than a week’s notice, she dedicated two days entirely to us and our search for a new home. She drove us all over Tucson, literally. We saw roughly 13 homes over a two day period. Not only was she our Realtor, but she became our tour guide of the area. With her diligence in searching for all possible options, we continued to look until we found a house we could call our home. We met Nanci years ago when we were looking at houses. She impressed us so much that we contracted with her and Eric to sell an investment condo we had. They did a wonderful job marketing the condo and helped us get the most from our investment. Years later when we decided to sell our house in Tucson because work was taking us out of state, we chose Nanci and Eric again to sell our house. They were awesome! They did a thorough review and inspection of our property, spoke honestly with us about our expectations, and gave outstanding advise on preparation for the sale and staging of the house. Then Nanci really went to work! She had a professional photographer take pictures of our property, created world-class pamphlets for distribution, placed our house on every major real estate website, and even used her personal networking to generate interest in the home. When our house hit the market we received a cash offer for asking price on the first day! We closed in about 3 weeks and Nanci remained engaged through the entire process. As out of area buyers, Nanci provided us with lots of data, maps, suggestions, even a lovely hotel to stay at. She was personable, highly organized and “got us and our needs” quickly. I couldn´t have found a better realtor( she came highly recommended from someone whose opinion we respect). In all honesty, my previous experiences with realtors was mediocre. She hasn´t disappeared either after the sale and continues to act almost as a concierge, recommending stores, etc.
Nanci recently helped us find our dream home in Arizona! We could not have found it without her! She is fantastic at every aspect of being a realtor. We are from Washington and not knowledgeable about the area so initially she gave us a grand tour of Tucson, provided us a neighborhood map and spent the day answering our questions.
